How to Choose the Right Back Bar & Wine Coolers
Capacity is key—calculate your peak-hour bottle throughput to choose between 1, 2, or 3-door models. If space is tight, look for "sliding door" versions which don't obstruct the walkway when opened. For wine storage, look for "vibration-free" compressors and UV-tinted glass to protect the wine’s integrity. Dual-zone units are a great investment if you have a diverse wine list.
