How to Choose the Right Counter Freezers
First, determine the number of doors or drawers you need based on your volume. Drawers offer better organization and temperature retention but may have less total volume than doors. Consider the worktop—do you need a "splashback" (upstand) to prevent food from falling behind the unit? If you are using the top for heavy equipment like grills or mixers, ensure the counter is rated for the extra weight. Finally, check the Gastronorm compatibility; most professional units are designed to fit GN 1/1 pans directly onto the internal shelf runners.
