How to Choose the Right Over Deli Counter
Decide between "static" or "ventilated" cooling. Static cooling is better for uncovered fresh meat as it doesn't dry the product out, whereas ventilated cooling is better for pre-packaged items or salads. Measure your floor space carefully, considering the "opening" required for rear doors or tilting front glass for cleaning. Look for units with ambient intermediate shelves for non-refrigerated add-ons.
