Q: How much ice does the U165-25 produce?
A: It produces up to 159 kg (350 lb) of ice per 24 hours under standard test conditions and has approximately 125 kg of ice storage, bin is sold separately. 
Q: Why is my machine making less ice than normal?A: Common causes include:

Limescale buildup
Restricted airflow around the machine
Warm ambient or water temperatures
Water supply or drain issues
