Is a water softener recommended?
Yes. If water hardness exceeds 20 °f (French degrees), Aristarco recommends installing a water softener to prevent scale build-up and maintain washing performance.
Operation
 
Does the machine automatically dose detergent and rinse aid?
The machine includes an electric rinse aid dispenser. Many configurations also include an integrated detergent dosing system.
 
Can the wash cycle start automatically?
Yes. The AH800ESI can be configured to start automatically when the hood is closed.
Cleaning and Maintenance
 
How do I run the Self-Clean programme?
With the machine switched on, hold the Self-Clean/Drain button for about 2 seconds.
Remove the overflow pipe when prompted.
Allow the tank to drain.
Close the hood to complete the automatic hot-water self-cleaning cycle.
At the end of the programme the dishwasher switches off automatically.
 
How often should the filters be cleaned?
The tank filters and wash/rinse arms should be cleaned daily, at the end of service.
